Thinking Warm!

We are finally having some real winter weather, under major snow storm warning with 3 - 7" expected by Saturday morning!  LOVE, SWOON, LOVE!  I, of course, will have pics as the storm progresses!
With the cold, windy, snow filled day ahead I'm thinking along the lines of warm and fun things that can keep me warm.  I've also been obsessing thinking about projects for using up scrap yarn!
Found this Scrappy Steps Afghan pattern from Crochet a Trunk Full O' Fun blog that I just absolutely love.  Doesn't it just look like all kinds of warmness.
Something that totally caught my eye with this pattern is the series of video tutorials to go along with it!  Here's the first video on youtube!
