Hi Honey, I'm home!

I have had an awesome couple of weeks off  just catching up with myself and allowing myself to do what I love to do, basically slowing down to the speed of life.  And I love it!
Of course, I've been knitting, crocheting, quilting, and READING!  I think I'll start with what I've been reading.  First off, since I had to return all my kewlio gadgets to "the man" (iPad and Xoom, I do have my Sony Reader yet as that was a gift from my girlie), I rediscovered the local library.  Bay City just build a new library downtown over the last couple of years and this was my first excursion into it.  I forgot how awesome it is to be around all those books in a quiet environment.  LOVE IT.  Used my library card for the first time in 5 years!
First off I got to read a pre-release of "Who Stole Me" by Jon Bloch (Rick Domino Mysteries).  Excellent, fast paced read that has so many twists and turns that your head almost spins.  LOVED IT!
I was so enamored with Joy Fielding's "Charley's Web" that I had to get another, "See Jane Run" which will lead me to yet more of her books.  EXCELLENT reads for sure.

I just started "Fallen" by Lauren Kate and am totally captured.  Definitely a page turner and I'll definitely read the rest in the series.

I am also reading the online novella "Let It Bleed" by Jeri Smith-Ready leading up to the next release in the next Wicked Games series, "Lust for Life" due out next year.  Absolutely excellent prelude to Ciara's next set of adventures.
